common ted AT&T Announces 28 Days Black History Month Speaker Series With Common

Common will return for another round as the host of AT&T’s upcoming Black History Month tour series entitled “28 Days”. The tour will make stops in 7 cities across the country and will feature speakers meant to motivate audiences to use their voices.

The series kicked off yesterday in Dallas, Texas and will continue on to Oakland, Raleigh, Washington DC, Cleveland, Common’s hometown of Chicago, and Detroit.

Speakers include actress and author Holly Robinson Peete; activist and author Kevin Powell; digital lifestyle expert Mario Armstrong; social activist and political commentator Jeff Johnson, former White House Social Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Publishing Company Desiree Rogers; and professor and author Michael Eric Dyson.
