Wale has a reason to celebrate today. According to Hits Daily Double, his sophomore album Ambition has sold 163,000 in its first week, giving it the #2 spot on Billboard’s Top 200 chart.

The album marks Wale’s first official release on Rick Ross‘ Maybach Music Group. He tweeted his thanks to fans yesterday on Twitter:

Things were a lot different for his debut album, Attention Deficit, which sold around 30,00 in its first week. Congratulations to him!
