Last week, pictures surfaced of Beyonce’s cover shoot with high fashion magazine L’Officiel in honor of singer and activist Fela Kuti. In the photos, Beyonce is shown with a darkened face, which she did voluntarily as a sign of her African roots. Now, you can check out the photo shoot in full.
