Today, I will be in Seattle speaking at the Goodwill Development Association’s fundraiser, which will serve as a benefit homeless teen parents.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Aridell Mitchell and Teen Parent Home. The Aridell Mitchell and Teen Parent Home provides safe and stable housing for at-risk teen parents in the Greater Seattle Area. The program also helps these teen mothers complete their high school diploma or GED, transition to permanent housing and be able to provide for themselves and their children.
Tickets for the event are available by calling (206) 860-9442 or at the door (Best Western River’s Edge, 15901 W. Valley Highway in Tukwila), for $75.

I am the Operation Manager for GDA, and I just wanted to take some time out to thank you for speaking to our ladies. Being a former teen mom I understand where these ladies are in life, and I try to encourage them with my actions words. I am grateful that they had the chance to meet someone in the entertainment world come and offer some words of wisdom. Again, thank you so much for your time.
