Rapper DMX furthered his legal woes yesterday when he was arrested for violating his parole. The violation, which took place in Arizona, is apparently in connection with drug use. Last year, he spent 90 days in jail in the state for drug and fraud charges. Of the incident, his lawyer Gary Jenkins said: “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment. He’s a talented man…we’re praying for him.”
