According to documents filed in California, Dwight Howard is suing Royce Reed, the mother of his 2 year old son, over allegedly defamatory comments that surfaced on gossip site LipstickAlley.com.
Dwight claims that posting the comments – whether “directly or indirectly” under an Internet alias – is in violation of an injunction he filed against her. In it Reed is ordered not mention the superstar by name or talk about him (that’s a serious court order, how do you get that.
Anywho, the lawsuit includes a few samples of the comments he claims she wrote on the website:
– “[Dwight] hasn’t seen his son in two months.”
– “Why file an injunction if you have nothing to hide?”
– “But the bottom line is Dwight is a douchebag.”
According to reports, Reed is “flabbergasted” by the lawsuit; Dwight wants $9,205,000 in damages.

ANN, you make some great points. In fact you sound like a morally grounded “lady”. But Tiger Woods wife comes from the most powerful political family in her country. I’m sure she/they are not hurting in fact they’re paid either by lobbyist or through business connections. He need to shut these scam artist down by hiring several shady attorneys with his long money. I mean, that’s why he have and that’s what it takes.
