NBA Superstar Dwight Howard Suing His Child’s Mother

According to documents filed in California, Dwight Howard is suing Royce Reed, the mother of his 2 year old son, over allegedly defamatory comments that surfaced on gossip site LipstickAlley.com.
Dwight claims that posting the comments – whether “directly or indirectly” under an Internet alias – is in violation of an injunction he filed against her. In it Reed is ordered not mention the superstar by name or talk about him (that’s a serious court order, how do you get that.
Anywho, the lawsuit includes a few samples of the comments he claims she wrote on the website:
– “[Dwight] hasn’t seen his son in two months.”
– “Why file an injunction if you have nothing to hide?”
– “But the bottom line is Dwight is a douchebag.”
According to reports, Reed is “flabbergasted” by the lawsuit; Dwight wants $9,205,000 in damages.

I can see a gag order about child support, etc., no book writing, stay 100 feet away from him…but don’t mention his name? Wow! These guys are using some savvy attorneys and what’s astonishing is the number he’s suing for: nine and a quarter million dollars…for real? His child’s mother must be ballllin.

How is he a good man if he hasn’t seen his son in 2 months. If he can pop bottles with women in the club he can make time to fly his son out to spend at least a weekend with him if he wanted to. I mean it’s crazy that yeah there are diggers on the prowl but that does not excuse you from spending time with the products of agreed upon lust. She wasn’t crazy when you were laying with her!!!
