Nas and Kelis were in court yesterday admitting to a failed reconciliation try in September (at least they tried) and getting their numbers and custody situation straight. Long day for both on the stand but in the end here’s what happened.
The judge ordered Nas to pay $40,454 in spousal support (wow) and $10,647 in child support. And, Nas must pay Laura Wasser’s attorney’s fees, to the tune of $46,022.

Good googly goo that’s a lot of dough. I still don’t know why it is public knowledge what someone has to pay for child support. How come they couldn’t just work this out privately without putting their names in the court system? (I know, I know, I dream in technicolor.) Both of their names are already in the court system: Nas for DUI stops and Kelis for public disorder.

Who is Nas lawyer??? Do he have one or is he representing himself? How is it that kelis is getting more in spousal support then child support??? That is dumb as hell. Too bad for their child that they could not work things out.
