Well apparaently Las Angeles doesn’t play. If they have any hint that you are a danger to yourself they lock you up for 72 hours for whats called “observation” . Remember Britney being 5150′d as they call it.

Well apparently medics were called to Barton’s LA home at 3pm yesterday just as she was preparing to fly to NY for a movie premeire.

Let’s hope she’s ok.
